Searching for information on a David and Ellen HUGHS who had a son named John Lane Hughs born in Marysburgh c. 1851. Other children were David Wilson Hughs, George Hughs and Synthia Hughs. David and Ellen moved to Denbigh, Lennox and Addington County c. 1860, where he became first postmaster and township clerk. Ellen's maiden name may have been LANE.
