My great-grandfather was Alfred James Perry b. 15 aug 1881 in Rodborough, Stroud, Glos. He is the son of James Perry b. abt 1858 in Rodborough and Caroline Brown b abt 1855 in Stroud, Glos. James is the son of James Perry b. abt 1816 in Woodchester, Glos. and Jane ? b abt 1823 in Rodborough, Glos. James' parents were Barnabas Perry b. abt 1778 in Shepton Mallet, Somerset and Jane Flower b. abt 1780 in Shepton Mallet. Barnabas Perry b. abt 1789 m Elizabeth Penney.
