I am searching for information about an Augustus Tiver. He was born in Riverton, South Australia but it can be assumed that his parents were born in the UK. I have been unable to find information about his parents, but it seems a possibility that James Llewellyn Tiver could have been his father. James Llewellyn was born on 11 Aug 1829 in Bristol, Gloucestershire, England; resided in Monmouthshire, Wales in 1851, and emigrated to South Australia by 1858. Augustus Tiver was born in 1858. I can't find any definitive piece of information to tie the two together, though Riverton (where Augustus was born) and James' residence (Burra) are close by. I guess there is a chance James was Augustus' uncle, if not his father. If anybody has information about Augustus and/or his parents, it would be much appreciated.
