Checking the OFHS's Oxfordshire Marriage Index (1538-1837), this was the only marriage that I found for a James PRATT with a Henley connection in the 1700s: 22 OCT 1733 - James PRATT (of Henley) to Mary STAG at Shiplake Date is not bad either, so may be worth some further investigation? (Incidentally, could not see any sign on the index of the PRATT/PHILLIPS marriage in 1707.) Penny
