Hi, I'm looking for Maria Bumpuss b. 10 Jun 1705 in Souldern, Oxford. She married Thomas Smith b. 5 Apr 1698 (in Worth Matravers, Dorset.) My problem is I have found a reference to her showing the parents I have (Johannis and Mariae) but also stating her death as 1707!! I know it was not unusual at that time for parents who lost a child to use the name again for a subsequent birth but I can find no other reference. Can some kind soul please help me? Cheers, Sue
