Please help me! I'm looking for my great-grandfather. His name was Jesse Jones. He and his wife Sarah (Jennings)lived in Wayne Co.,KY. They were present for the 1850, and 1860 census there. In 1860 Jesse and Sarah (family # 1407) are listed with their children; Elizabeth 15, Benjamin 13, Nancy M 12, George AC 10, Mary M 9, Joseph D 5, Eliza Ann 3, and Harrison A 3/12. In 1861 Jesse paid taxes in Wayne Co., but are not found again after that. I suspect they moved out of the county. Any help finding Jesse or his descendants would be greatly appreciated!
