Hi Everyone, I'm Deborah the administrator for this message board. I would like to encourage everyone to post more often and maybe get some discussions started. Having said that please make sure that your posts stay on subject which is the surname SHEARS. If you "accidently" post something that isnt supposed to be here I will either delete it or move it to a more appropriate board and send you an email privately letting you know what I did and why.
