I need to get some info., I have a Clifford Newton Thrift- death cert showing birth date as; July 14, 1898. Father: George Thrift and Mother: Ida Luckett. I also see some Family Trees showing his DOB as July 14, 1896 I have a military Registration card for Newton Samuel Thrift--DOB is July 14 1899., Mother is Ida Finchum (which was name after George Thrift died). I have 1900 Kaufman Co. Texas census showing Samuel born Sept 1899., living with Ida Thrift and her father Samuel Luckett. I am confused. Are Samuel Newton (Newton Samuel) Thrift and Clifford Newton Thrift the same person?
