I have now spoken to my Aunt Janice, and she has confirmed that Alfred is my great grandad too. She has lots of photographs of all the family from both sides!

Sorry not to have got back sooner. I have been working flat out with the builders etc to get the house finished. They have gone but I`m still painting and tying up all the loose ends.
It`s good to know that there is a definite link from Alfred. All my Genealogy stuff is packed in the attic out of the way while the mess is around. I`ll try and get round to going through the Worbey file over the next few days and promise to get back to you.

Hey all, I don't mean to take away from this forum but I do have a forum setup for my worbey family tree so if you fancy having a chat over there then feel free.

Just got back to doing some more family history and the people you are talking about feature in my tree im sure so I'll also have a look and see what I can dig out.

James, you mentioned you had a Jack who passed in 1977, I have a Jack in my tree currently who was born in 1915, does that sound right?
