On the 19th June, 1769 James Chivers of Wornal, Buckinghamshire married Sarah Blake at Peasemore and established a family home at Harwell on the Berkshire Downs.
They had seven children:

Sarah 1783
Racheal 1786
They were all born in Berkshire.
