We had this correspondence abt this time last year. I have now confirmation that William Harper Family of Blacksmiths are related. William Harper b 1787 married Maria Bloy 24 Apr 1810 Wisbech. William died very young on 07 Jan 1813.
Two children of this union were:
William Harper b 1811 d Sep 1884
Rose Ann Harper b 1810 d 27 Feb 1851
William is on my side of the family and Rose Ann Harper is the side you mentioned as the Family of Blacksmiths.
Rose Ann married William Anderson who was known as William Anderson Harper.
