SPRAGG family in Cheshire

I am looking for 1891 and 1901 census information on a Spragg family (could be two families) living in Mobberley/Knutsford/Wilmslow area in Cheshire. George Spragg is listed as tenant farmer in 1904 in 'Mobberley Records", and I have picked them up in the 1911 census in this area.

Thanks for your swift reply Ell-yes this is one of Spragg the families I'm researching. Father George is listed as being born in Eaton, Shropshire in the 1911 census, not Mobberley as in your post. And one of the daughters is missing in the '01 census--(a good name to research)--Olga Miriam Spragg, she would be 8 years-old. Any chance of a look-see for them in the 1891 census? The other family--I'm not sure about the parents names--but sons Alfred, b 1884, Richard Charles Carter Spragg b 1894 and Samuel b 1896, all registered in Wilmslow, Cheshire. Any info on these would be appreciated.

Sorry Ell, Alfred died 1885, Samuel 1896 and Richard in 1907, should have done more researched before my post- also Olga married in 1920 to Thomas Broad.

Cheers Ell, looks likely that the three boys were part of the same family, but without the birth certs? Could I ask for one last favour, for a look-up in the '91 census for the family. I was hoping to see them living at Orrell House in the 1901 census (I have a photo of the family posing outside the farm around that period) and on further research have found that Orrell House was formerly called Blakeley Hall (as in the census)-an old moated grange. Orrell House still exist.

Hi.
I also have two photographs of I assume is the Spragg family of Orrell Farm. Mobberley. One is of possibly Mum & Dad with five young people and a gentleman with a bowler hat. plus two dogs.
The second photograph is of a Lady with a goat. I'm not quite sure who is who in the two photographs.
My interest in the family is Elizabeth Spragg.(nee Pearson.)
She is the sister of my grand-father Frank Pearson.(b1868.)in Altrincham. Have you any information on Elizabeth and also photographs of the Pearson side of the family

Regards........David.
