Don't know if this will help you to identify where it was, but on the 1891 census, and doing an address search, these are the buildings which come up, when searching for Stoke, in Nantwich.
On the 1881 census, there are two grocery stores, (same as on this census) the other one was occupied by people named as Brimclow. On the 1891 census, the one numbered 3 was occupied by people named as
Brimlow, so it looks as if your relatives had the one at number 30.
