Hi Penny, Just been surfing through message boards in Cumbria and have just found your message dated 8 Mar 2005.

I have your Letitia Quayle in my Family Tree, I have her as married to Amos Albert Ponsonby 1903 Jan-Feb-Mar Qtr in Whitehaven, She was b 1876 in Whitehaven, Her parents were Alexander Quayle b10 dec 1854 in Isle of Man. he was a miner, her mother was Jane Mann b 1873 of Whitehaven.
They lived at Main st, Parton Whitehaven in 1891 and I believe Letitia was a trainee Dress maker with a Lady in St Bees Cumbria. After that I have lost Letitia and love to hear what life she had after she got married? I hope this had been of help in your tree.
