Where have the Durham burial records gone?

I had a link saved for Chester Le Street council, which had the burials listed in a PDF for Chester le Street, Lumley etc, but it seems to have disappeared as I keep getting redirected to the Durham website where I cannot locate it. Does anyone know where it's gone?

Thank

Nina

Possibly Durham have amalgamated the records into ones already held - they are updating all time with records passed over to them, means a single name search in future?
Pity you did not save original.

Because all the Councils in County Durham came together as one huge unitary authority at the beginning of April, why not go onto the County Durham Council web site, click on the "contact us" and ask them where they have put it.

Would be grateful if you could come back and let us know if you have any success because I would like to view the burials at Chester le Street and Lumley

Good luck

Linda

I saved a copy of the Ropery Lane Cemetery pdf if anyone would like a copy. I made it word searchable so searches are a breeze. I also have Sacriston and I "think" Pelton somewhere.

If you can get this link to work (I have to disable my firewall) you could try doing your searches. http://nd.durham.gov.uk/gro/newgro.nsf/search?open&C0668...$

It must be my firewall, but I have to switch it off before I can get the search to work. Otherwise I just get "form processed"

Good luck.
