I am looking for ancestors of PETER and SARAH ANN CRIPPS (nee BIRD), of Foulness, in Essex, England. He was born in Hadleigh in 1824; she in about 1829. They were married in Rochford Registry Office on 5 October 1846.
Peter's mother had been a REVETT (variously named as Lucy, Louisa and Luasoia) before marriage.

I don't know if you've made progress on your REVETT line since 2007. I have two REVETT interests...in Coggeshall, Essex c 1850 and in Orford, Suffolk c 1790.

Hello, my GGrandmother was Elleanor Revitt( various spellings have included Rivitt Rivett and possibly Revell in the 1851 census. Born abt. 1850 Ipswich Suffolk she married Henry Nattrass and died in Barking Essex, England. Some breakthrough particularly in determining the correct name would be great. Regards, Maggie
