Hello it's me again with some more information.
Firstly from Gloucester record office the Overseers report is not your family they are from Leckhampton.
The Court appearance 1834 could just be the young lady you are looking for and she is in trouble stealing with two other people, 1 Caroline Hill aged 18 of St Phiullips and St Jacobs, 2 Mary tripp aged 18 from Comsbury Court, 3 Mary Hill aged 16 of St Peters Bristol, they were gaoled for 3 months for stealing a bag containing 15 to 16 shillings from a man. Spent 3 months time in Lawfords Gate gaol in Bristol.
St Peters is another district of Bristol only and that is where she was living at the time of the felony not her baptismal place.
In the Bristol Record Office 1835 she aided and abetted another man to steal money from a house in Bristol this consequently got her the 7 years transportation with her also is a William Cunningham. No mention of where she lived or any family.
Have checked out the first level of the baptismal records, find that John and Sarah Hill who baptised a daughter Mary Hill on the 22nd March 1835 in St James church, the parents lived in St Pauls district of Bristol and the father was a jeweller. St Pauls is only less than a 1/4 of a mile away from St James church.
Joseph Hill 1817 and John Hill 1818 do not at this stage fit in to the picture, but I am not finished and will be getting further research done in the next couple of days, this cannot not be done on the internet.
