The details I have about Rebecca Ardley's siblings differ from Jane's. The only match is Susannah Ardley, born Sible Hedingham (Essex UK), uncertain year. I also have Rebecca's parents as Henry Ardley b. 1760, married Grace Bragg 3 Jun 1787. Henry's parents were William Ardley, married to Martha ___ April 1743 in Sible Hedingham. They had six children, Sarah, William, Martha, Nathaniel, Mary, Henry.

On the Rush front: William Rush and Rebecca Ardley have four children in my records: William b.1825, Susannah b. 1827, my James b. 1830, and Maria b.1834, all at Bocking (Essex UK). There is "room for" Josiah b.1818, since William and Rebecca were wed on 29 Oct 1815 at Sible Hedingham. I would be looking for Josiah at either Bocking or The Hedinghams (Sible & Castle), but as Chris has shown, Josiah was with his wife and family at Dalston Manor for the 1841 Census, so we need an earlier record (perhaps a child's baptism?) otherwise this is just supposition.
