Hi Jane and Chris,
I would be delighted to share pdf printouts of what I have. email: kedumba at email dot com
The parts from Essex were researched by my late aunts in the 1980 - without computers, but they were very thorough. Information seems to go back as far as you have found, and mentions many of the same names. I still have to check through the box-full of notes they left!
The Australian line from James Rush 1830-1880 (son of William Rush and Rebecca Ardley m 1815) is complete to the present. James was the prominent sub-inspector of Police in Sydney NSW at the time of his sudden death as the result of a head injury sustained while in the course of duty (raid on an opium den). He was earlier stationed at Forbes NSW when famous bushranger Ben Hall was active there, but official records show he was not present at the actual "arrest/capture/execution".
