I have a David Ashby who married Sarah (nee Monk ?) in my family.David baptized 25 Aug 1790 at St Andrews in Horninghold, Leiceter.He died 1870. His wife is Sarah (maiden name unknown looks as tho it might be Monk)This couple had 8 children.
Mary Ashby married my g-grandfather, George Swithin KING 24 June 1844 St.Andrews Gt Easton.
I did not get back to 1367, was wondering if my Ashby family might be related to yours. None of mine came to US or Canada. So far only, my grandfather Charles A. King came to ON Canada and then to the states.
