I have a John Grove Leason (Leeson) who, according to his Wisconsin death record, was born in Barrow, Lincolnshire, England on 23 Jan 1833. He was a son of John and Catherine (Grove) Leason. This family was in Wisconsin USA by the 1850 USA census.

John and Catherine had at least three other children, all daughters: Elizabeth (b. Jan 1827), Ann (b. abt 1829), and Lucy (b. Jan 1835).

According to her death record, Catherine Grove Leason was born 16 Aug 1796. Her father was William Grove; her mother is not yet known.

Any help in learning more about this family before they left Lincolnshire will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
