Looking at Michael's reply, you can actually follow the line which he found. REMEMBER that this is only guess work until you prove it, but it does look like a possibility.

1901 census, shows them listed as MARKETT, but the handwritten copy of the census, shows that it could easily be Mockett.

1901 census, living at 41 Northgate, Guisborough.

Thomas seems to be calling himself Thomas Henry, althogh the marriage indictes that it is Thomas James. It could be a mistake in transcribing the marriage, but there are often slight differences in names. The census states that all of the above were born in Guisborough. If the family moved to Northumberland, it was after 1901, but Michael found other births, which could easily be this family.

IF the above is correct, then on the 1881 census we can find the following:-

Living at 3 South Street, Guisborough. Father George is a Lead Miner.
