I am looking for any information pertaining to a relationship between Maria Goldsmith and John Forder( born Feb 1824). Maria Goldsmith was born 1833 in Brooke, Norfolk, on Aug 13 1854 she had a son John Goldsmith. John Goldsmith's birth certificate does not name a father but our family history has always suggested that it was John Forder. In 1861 Maria Goldsmith is still living in Brooke,Norfolk with her parents and her son. John Forder is living in Durham Ontario Canada with a wife, Elydia Edwards. John Goldsmith later comes over to live in Durham Ontario though I cannot find any other connection between them. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
