I am researching the families of my GG-grandfather Thomas Pywell b. about 1812 perhaps in Weldon (near Corby), Northhamptonshire and wife Sarah nee Barwell b. 1813 at Gretton, Northhamptonshire.

Thomas and his son Thomas arrived in Sydney, NSW on board the "Bengal" on 25 February 1855 and settled in Glen Innes, NSW. Sarah was not with them and it is assumed that she died in England between the birth of Thomas jnr in about 1836-1838 and 1854 when the "Bengal" left England.

I also have Thomas snr's mothe as Rachel R Richardson and Sarah's mother as Mary.

If anyone has any information on these families I would like to compare notes.
