Has anyone come across any of the Hales family of Liddington (or Lyddington). My G G G Grandfather was Edward Hales b c1805 of Long Lyddington.
Through on line Parish records I can find a family called Hales in Lyddington, ( Mary married Richard Ward 1793, Elizabeth married Frances Bosby 1794 and George married Mary Harrison 1800) Though I cannot prove the link I wonder if George and Mary might have been the parents of Edward.
Any help appreciated!
