Trying to find any info on John Lees/Leese born Shropshire 1812 Married Elizabeth Cawthorne, who was born in Wrockwardine. Shropshire before they moved to Wordsley Staffordshire.

IGI batch number M006622 shows the marriage took place 21 August 1831 at Wrockwardine. I don't know whether looking at the film at one of the LDS centres would give you the fathers. The other option would be the Parish Registers at Shropshire Archives.

It was not until 1837 that the names of fathers were routinely included on marriage certificates. You should check the original parish register to confirm the IGI entry and to see just what it includes. You will then be able to see whether the marriage was by Banns or Licence, either of which may be helpful.
