Do you have any information on an Edmund Bridges possibly born to Benjamin and Ann Bridges in 1611 or 1612, christened at Walsham Le Willows, Suffolk, England 16 Jun 1611. He left London on the ship, James, and arrived in Lynne, Massachusetts in 1635. Any info would be appreciated.

I have just seen your message. I am a Pendal with connections to those of Framlingham. My grand-father migrated to Western Australia c 1912. I have researched the Pendal line and have published a modest book, two essays of my family lineage (ie mother's and father's, the latter being the Pendals).
I am intending to publish a more comprehensive book in the next year or so. I would welcome hearing from anyone with data, similarly I would happily make available any data I have.

To Patricia Bridges.
We are cousins I think. My father was brother to Mary, Dora, Lillian. I now live in Spain. My mother Joyce lives in Swindon UK. Please make contact. I am trying to discover more about the Stygall family. I know so little about my fathers youth.
Regard Janet.

Samuel baptised Worlingworth 24.9.1788, 5th child of William Pendal & Rose Harsant & a younger brother of my g.g.g.g. grandfather born 1777.
Not delved into Samuel but am sure the following is the same as you are seeking. Samuel Pendall, his wife Mary & son John, aged 2 yrs were living in Bramford when they became a charge on the parish. On 17.5.1817, under Settlement legislation they were required to return to Worlingworth. (Suffolk ROO. Ref FC94/95/45)
