Please help me. I am having a really hard time locating my grinyer ancestors in any of the census's. My Great grandad was Horace Grinyer from Brighton, d o b 08/07/1893 he died Jan 1984. I have found a record of his death. However i cannot find his father anywhere, His name was Henry Edward Grinyer born abt 1861/62 he married Mary ann who was born in 1864 died 1901. He then remarried in 1902 to Caroline Mary Gauntlett. I have found a record of this marriage. Horace (my Great Grandad) married Lillian M Durden abt 1921/22. I have Found all of Lillians ancestors. However cannot find a record of this marriage either. Horace also had sibblings name i believe to be . Beatrice b1899, Ernest, edward and john there may have been others aswell. They were all the children of Henry and mary. Please can anyone help me find ancestors of Henry and a maiden name for Mary ann.
