Looking to exchange information on the Gilpin's (de Gylpyn) of Kentmere Hall, Westmoreland. Specifically Edwine Gilpin, b. abt. 1475, and his wife Maragaret Layton of Delemaine, dau. of Thomas Layton of Delemaine and Maragaret Tunstall, married abt. 1505, ten children. Margaret Layton was a descendant of John of Gaunt (1340-1399), who is related through both of his parent's to Charlesmagne, Alfred the Great and William the Conqueror.
