I am seeking information on a John Zebedee, who, according to the 1851 Census from Fordingbridge, was born in Wilts, Damerham circa 1825. In the same census, his mother was listed as Mary Zebedee, listed as being born in Dorset, Cranborne circa 1797.

I have been unable to find any information on John prior to the 1851 census and any help would be appreciated.

living at
Crisslestile, Cranborne, Howell

it dose not say were John was born but he is not from dorset

It is cripplestyle near Cranborne, not Crisslestile. It is sometimes put into Daggons or Upper Holwell depending on the census or time. It is a small hamlet about 3 miles from Cranborne going towards Damerham.
