My Harriet Gaze married Richard George. She was from Churchdown in Gloucestershire. However, she did have a brother called George Gaze Born Abt 1855 also from Churchdown. Their father was Frederick Gaze and their mother was Emma. I don't know if this George also married a Harriet. I lose him on the census records after 1881 and unfortunately there is a death record for a George Gaze aged abt. 27 in this area in 1883 although, of course it might not be this George Gaze. Is it posssible that this could be your grandfather? I think there were other Gaze families in this area.
