In earlier years (pre 1920's & def pre 1837) once a woman married she became the husbands property and rarely is a maiden name shown - you would need to look at the actual register to see any additional info - most database stuff is basically just an index. The best way would be to see if there were any more children born to William & Susanna and from the earliest, then try to find a marriage
