I am looking for information on Joseph
Williams. Who was a Councillor on
Worcester City
Council about 1955 to 60. and was
Mayor of
Worcester Council in the year 1959 to 1960.
Joseph is the Brother of of my wifes Grandfather Edward James
Williams.
I am trying to trace their Parents; I know their Father was William
Williams from Edward's marriage certificate, when married Mary Louise Kate
Dovey in 1916
