Fermanagh Ireland is a difficult place to search for the years you mention. being born in 1858 Ann's father should of been on the Griffith's Valuation of 1862, there were no Norman's also no Norman's on the other counties that shared a Civil Registration with Fermanagh, Tyrone, Monaghan, Cavan. Along the borders of these counties towns shared the registration districts. I was unable to find an Ann Norman born in 1858 or 4 years either way. One of these Counties is Monaghan, Clogher Diocese. Monaghan has little genealogy information online and seems to only be through paid websites. All the websites I would of recommended show no record of Ann Norman. They can' produce what doesn't perhaps exist. Cases like this I would suggest looking for gravestone inscriptions, or contacting a particular parish to see if they have records. There is almost a 100 year gap in information between the border areas as above although I have yet to be able to find out why. There was a fire in 1922 that destroyed most church parish records which had been collected by the government, some parish clergy copied their parish records so there are some records but not all.
I will give you the websites anyway as you might have more success than me, I just do this to keep my mind active but a person more personally connected look harder.
www.censusfinder.com United Kingdom+Ireland+County
www.ipg-web.com + County
www.failteromhat.com (+directories) and www.askaboutireland.com (+land descriptions) are two websites to find the best census substitute for Ireland's missing records called Griffith's Valuation, each counties were done in different years average 1850's. Fermanagh's 1862. Keeping in mind that it is possible the Norman's lived in another county in the 1850's and moved to Fermanagh, but then why would Ann come up with that name as I'm sure not everyone would be able to come up with the name Fermanagh that easily.
www.familysearch.org has civil registrations and National Archives records, 1880 UK,US & CAN census. The new PILOT program is found under 'search records' pull down menu click on PILOT. I've already done this but you may have more patience. The Clogher Diocese covers all these areas and maybe another option to finder Ann.
I tried one last thing, the telephone book. Using BT Northern Ireland, there is 1 Norman who doesn't live everywhere else, Belfast etc.
A. Norman, 120b Strule Pk. Omagh, BT785 5HP (028)8224-2102
Omagh is a town not to far from Enniskillen, Fermanagh!!!!!
I think it would be worth a stamp and a letter outlining information. Perhaps there is a graveyard in the area with the burials of Norman's. I think that is going to be your best bet.
