Hi Christina
You say you have a birth certificate for Johann O'mahoney Sullivan. Does it confirm that she was born in Kilmurray, Cloghane.
You also say that you hace the marriage cetrificate for Lawrence and Johanna. Dose this certificate not give the name of his father. where were they married. That would give a clue.
Kilmurray, Cloghane and Kilmurray, Lispole are quite a distance apart, especially for those days.
Listed in the Griffiths Valuation survey of circa 1852 is a Laurence O'Sullivan for Gorticurrane in the next parish to Minard, Lispole. There is also O'Sullivans in the next townland Acres. The records for these O'Sullivans would be held in Annascaul.
We are talking of the period of the famine and many families left the area. Also evictions were quite common.
It is believe locally that six O'Sullivan brothers married and settled in Lispole in the nineteenth century but so far I have failed to establish who they were. However, I will keep trying.
Slan for now.
Pat.
