Hi,
I was reading your reply to Kathy and wondered if you oculd possibly help me in my research for James Dunne b. in Ireland. I know that he and Honore Conroy ( don't know when/where they married ) had a son, James Dunne b. 1840-41 in Detroit, Michigan.
In looking through "Irish Relatives and Friends" I found someone looking for a James Dunne from the town of Glabe,Parish of Reary ( now Clonaslee ),Queen's County (now Laois).When last heard from he was in Detroit, MI in 1850. He had a brother Dennis,living in NY.
Does any of this sound familiar?
