George Shipley born circa 1800 Diocese of Ossory, Leinster Province

Surnames: Shipley, McCully, Morford, Porter, Somers, England
I would like to do research on George Shipley and Elizabeth Bayley or Bailey. George was born around 1800 and Elizabeth around 1804 and were married in 1824 Diocese of Ossory, Leinster Province, Ireland. Both their births are recorded there also. How do I go about finding this information and then finding their children? They had eight children and George died when they were small. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
