The Matthew Heery you refer to was my great-great-grandfather. His son James had a lot of children including Matthew, my grandfather, and Charles who was grandfather of Denis Heery, brother of Alf, Charlie, Kevin, Rita and Nora. I know Denis and Alf went to USA and I presume that your Denis Heery fits in here somewhere.
Your problem with 'Kilskype' is explained by the fact that there was an error in the transcription of the census record. The name of the town is 'Kilskyre'. My brother, Pat, and I have done a bit of work on the Heery family tree and some of it has been written up on our website www.heery.org.uk Please let me know if this information is of any use.
