Since you have a Mary Anne Fahey or Lahey married a William Veitch on 11 oct 1845 in Carrigallen in Leitrim and Leitrim is next to Cavan, could it be possible that you have a genealogical link to a Catherine Veitch whose father was either a Lieutenant or a Lt. Col from Cavan? This Catherine Veitch was my Great-Great-Great Grandmother, born 1817-ish who married George Augustus De Winter. Their first child John De Winter was born in 1831. Their third child Rebecca is my Great-Great Grandmother. We only know for sure back to Catherine, but would like to know who her parents were, so as to identify her better.
