Hi there!
I hope you are still keen to respond to these enquiries, as I would be please if you could help me. I am researching my Runciman family tree and discovered a marriage between Amelia Runciman and Phelin Scanlen in Apr/May/Jun quarter of 1917. Could you shed any light on whether there is any connection with the Scanlons you have been researching?
