I have the Latter Day Saints Civil Registrations from 1864-1880, but could find no birth for Bridget Mary Jackson.

I did find 4 children born to Thomas Jackson & Susan Watts

Kiltegan and Baltinglass are quite a distance apart, but Baltinglass may have been a district registration to Dunlaven and they moved.

Perhaps Bridget Mary Jackson just missed the registration

I did check the Cantwell Memorial Inscriptions for Dunlavin
most were too old or had names that I could not connect to.
Kiltegan only had one in 1870 & 1880 and this may have been a parent of Thomas as both parents died in their 70's.

There are Jackson's in my husbands family from Wicklow but they were centered further south in Boley, Baltinglass areas. Did the Jackson's emigrate if so where?

You can apply to the General Registry Office in Dublin, GRO, who with a date of 1865 could investigate and get you a copy of the birth registration. The price is quite reasonable for Ireland and they do a bit of research around the date given. www.groireland.ie
