The Collazo's arrived in Puerto Rico in the 1800's. They came from Asturias, Spain, as I understand. I would like to find out about family which remained in Spain.

Tambien chequea el website de los mormones, www.familysearch.org tu puedes ordenar informacion por la net mediante ellos. Cualquier cosa escribeme a lichi62@hotmail.com. Talvez encuentre a los Lebron de Caguas en ese Cd, todavia no he terminado con mi familia.

En San Sebastian hay familias con ese apellido . En Caguas hay por lo menos una familia que procede de los de San Sebastian. Trabaje varios anos en San Sebastian y conozco algunas personas de ese apellido.

I am looking for my great grand father i was told his name was maecelino lebron that he died about 1941 in july or august of 1941 he was about 45 yars old..Marcelino had two wives his first died and gave him two children i think her name was lucia .. he then remarried Maria who gave him four mor echildren... In response to your inquiry, I would need more information in oder to acertain if we are related some how. What I can say is that the lebron family from the vecinity of Caguas, PR is in fact one large family. My fathers family is from Humacao, PR, which of course is close to Caguas. My fathers family is deeply rooted in the small towns of Las Piedras and San Lorenzo. My fathers Name is Jose Manuel Lebron Hernandez, and his father was Benito Lebron. Benito was married to Irene Hernandez. He unfortunately died when my dad was very young(suicide). My dad and siblings were raised by an uncle by name of Juan Lebron. He (Juan) had many children. etc. Ask your father if any of this rings a bell.
