I have seen baptisimal certificates of the surname Matos, Rodriguez, and Torres from the Naranjito church but not of the othere names, You can get a copy of San Miguel archangel church thru the LDS library near you. I do have a number of Torres in my family from Naranjito. See if these are familiar to your family:

My grandmother (my father side) name was Sinforosa Rivera y Penalvert. Her husband name was Tomas Matos y Matos de Naranjito. I'm currently searching my family and any information would help.

I don't know if you have followed up on this forum but my grandmother is Mercedes Matos Penabelt from Cedro Arriba in Naranjito, PR. Her brother was Rafael Matos who was an OB-GYN. Have you inquired any further on the origin of Penabelt, Matos
