She was a widow named PERRIN with a daughter Claire Evelyn PERRIN b. 1889. Claire was the informant on her mother's death in Kingston and may have been adopted by Millard.
Sha remarried after Millard died.

I don't see a death for Hedly Perrin but he obviously died between 1881 and 1891 but here is his baptism from Drouin Collection.
