Allen, did your research get you back to a John or Joseph Fetherston? I am curious for several reasons, but it is possible that they are from the William I spoke about. George William Barker Fetherston came over through Haldimand, Canada, and Chicago and settled in Rock Co., WI. One of his brothers went to Chicago as I recall and I think one may have stayed in Canada.
Your help on this would be much appreciated, also do you have census records for your ancestor in Canada?

I am a descendent of Peter Rose from Denbigh. I know he was married a second time after the death of his first wife Caroline. I do not know the name of his second wife but am wondering if this Louisa Welbanks who married a second time could be Grandpa Peters second wife. I would appreciate an email.
