If Ramona Comadurán Antillón married first to Paz Fierro then second to Rafael Enríquez.

Children of Ramona Comadurán Antillón and Paz Fierro are:
i. Belisario Fierro Comadurán.
ii. Palemón Fierro Comadurán.
iii. Ramona Fierro Comadurán.
iv. Guadalupe Fierro Comadurán.
v. Eudoxia Fierro Comadurán.

Children of Ramona Comadurán Antillón and Rafael Enríquez are:
i. Francisco Enríquez Comadurán.
ii. Rafel Enríquez Comadurán.
iii. Feliciano Enríquez Comadurán.
iv. Refugio Enríquez Comadurán.

Then in this case in accordance to “Los Patriarcas del Papigochi” from Encarnación Brondo-Witt, Buenaventura Comandurán (Spanish background) has the following children:

Children of Buenaventura Comandurán are:
i. José Antonio Comadurán Antillón.
ii. Luis Comadurán Antillón.
iii. Buenaventura Comadurán Antillón, died in Bachíniva, Chih.
iv. Francisca Comadurán Antillón.
v. Ramona Comadurán Antillón.
vi. María Jesús Comadurán Antillón.

Dear Antonio:

On looking to your answer to Joe Fries (married with an aunt of mine) and with whom I interchange information, I noticed you mention a Word document concerning the Comadurán Family. You see Eudoxia Fierro Comadurán -doughter of Paz fierro Ochoa and Ramona Comadurán Antillón-
was the mother of my granfather Jesús Almeida Fierro.

Would you be so kind to send it to me as well?

Many many years ago I went trough all the records in the Chihuahua cathedral, searching for Almeida and Fierro. One day I found Antonio Comadurán, the first one to come to Chihuahua from Barcelona, Spain. Unfortunately I didn't write down the data because I then Thought stupidly, I was not going to trace ALL my ancestres families. Now I wish I had.

A month ago I bought on-line the last version of Family Tree maker and was granted use of a service I could search for free in their archives. I had never payed for that service because most of the data -I could corroborate it- that they have concern with people in the United States. I did look for all my surnames and found nothing, but only one tree that mentions Antonio Comadurán, and it has dates, also an unknown marriage to a lady I never heard of (no issue). Unfortunately there is no way to know who did that tree and wether it can be a serious work and reliable.

That is why everything I can gather about them will be welcome.

Thank you in advance,

Martín.

Dear Antonio:

Although I haven´t finished my research on my Fierro ancestors, I have never come across anything of the kind you mention. the first Fierro I found was born around 1770 and I supose he was born already in Mexico. As far as I can conclude this Mr. José Fierro was a soldier in the Presidio de Janos in the state of Chihuahua, México. I doubt he had any pretention to be recogized as a noble man of any sort.
Conditions in the northern part of New Spain were severe and difficult for anyone at that time to think of proving noble origins that may not better the physical conditions of the place and/or of its inhabitants.
I have gathered some documents regarding his grandson and nephews of this last one, and no reference is made about such affairs.
On the other hand, even if I have been told other things, I have not found any connection yet between the Fierro family and the Hierro family.

Best regards,

Martín Clavé-Almeida
