Well, I'm not V. Dorame, but I did find among my notes some things that may be useful to you. The dates are not in agreement with your husband's grandfather being born c.1880, but I will leave that for you to figure out. The names are right, and it sounds like his family.

There are other records which are of more speculative connection. I have to get them together, and I will send them to your personal e-mail.
On the subject of Dorame, I did find some notes on very early Ures marriages taken from an LDS film (#719840) There are some records dating back to 1659. I had noted "just before Nov.1666, Maria Moriguitta, hija leg. de Joseph Dorame y de Co____? Guzane, difunta." was marrying someone. It was in very bad condition and I copied what I could. Occasional Dorames turn up in later Ures records. You asked if the Ures records were in poor condition. I would say, yes. They are out of order, there are misspellings - beyond what is usually found - and terrible handwriting. A few priests made nice records, but most seem to have handed the job of entering names over to an assistant. Nevertheless, we are fortunate that anthing has survived at all. I would not spend travel time trying to search through them when it can be done close to home at the Family History
