Looking for anyone who has family from Santiago Conguripo, Michoacan, Mexico. My father was born ther in 1917. His mother's name was Maria Zamora. His birth father was kicked in the head when he was 6 years of age. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for info on Maria L. Zamora. She gave up her daughter for adoption, her name is Elvira Zamora,back in 1923 in Galveston Texas. The adoption certificate said that Elvira was born in Cameron County, Brownsville, Texas in about 1914. It also said that her husband was deceased. I know that there were other siblings to Elvira but where they are is unknown. If you think there is any relation please let me know.

Elvia 'la gorda' zamora. All of the siblings of my brother have married and have kids. The oldest is my Tia Maria...which we still keep in touch with..my dad and mom have been married for almost 21 yrs. They married in Dec of 87 in angamacutiro Mich Mex. My mother is Guadalupe Hernandez Leon. Recently on my last visit in Dec of 08 I found new relatives from over there who reside here in Salinas CA. The family is zamora Peréz...but no Nunez that I kno of. Hope this helps!
