I am trying to find out if Oaxaca keeps death records, and how can I request a copy?
Uncle Joseph Simpson died of cancer in 2004 in Oaxaca. Ashes were given to a friend. He was an American living in Oaxaca, arrested just prior to his death, part of the "Oaxaca 3".
Any help would be appreciated!
