Can you explain with more detail where El Salto is? do you have any maps? Have you found it on any online maps? Was the name originally "Salto de los Romeros"? In what direction is it from Villanueva? East, West, North, or South? And how many miles away is from that location?

My Muros came from Sauz de Los Marquez but in 1817 I did have two Muro families living in Salto de los Romeros under the cabezera de Santa Maria de Los Angeles, Jalisco.
